Vivo Y32 5G Launches With 8,000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display
Vivo has unveiled the Y32 5G with a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip, a 6.87-inch 120Hz screen, an 8,000mAh battery and microSD support for up to 2TB of storage.

Vivo has unveiled the Y32 5G, a budget smartphone that pairs an 8,000mAh battery with 5G connectivity and expandable storage. The company has not yet announced pricing or a sale date.
The phone is the 5G version of the Vivo Y32 4G and keeps most of that model's hardware. The main change is the processor: the Y32 5G runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, an entry-level 5G chip released in 2023, while the 4G variant uses the Unisoc T7300.
Battery and display
The 6.87-inch LCD panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate. The 8,000mAh cell supports 44W wired charging, and Vivo claims up to 37 hours of local video playback on a single charge. Reverse charging is also included, so the phone can power compatible accessories and other devices.
Memory, cameras and durability
The Y32 5G comes in a single configuration with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. A microSD card slot allows expansion of up to 2TB.
On the back is a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. An 8-megapixel front camera handles selfies and video calls. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 5 and dual SIM, and the phone carries IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
Vivo's promotional images show two colour options.
What it means
With a large battery, a high refresh rate and a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, the Y32 5G is aimed at the budget segment, where battery life and storage flexibility often matter more than raw performance. Pricing and market availability remain to be confirmed.
