Stock, shipping and warranty

The configurations are subject to stock. If a component sells out, it will have to be replaced, which may change the price. The company says its wider catalogue lets buyers put together an alternative build quickly.

COOLMOD says it ships orders within 24 to 48 hours, free of charge, and covers each PC with a three-year warranty. The retailer also argues that buying from a specialist gives access to advice before and after the purchase.

The company also points to rising component prices and a supply crunch that it expects to continue in the coming months, which it presents as a reason to buy now rather than wait.
