Workup Program Graduates 10 Startups in 14th Cohort in Turkey
Backed by Türkiye İş Bankası, the 14th Workup cohort ended with an online Demo Day where 10 technology startups, most built around AI, presented their progress.

The 14th cohort of the Workup Entrepreneurship Program, supported by Türkiye İş Bankası since 2017, has ended with an online Demo Day. Ten technology startups from cities across Turkey graduated and presented their products, progress and goals to business leaders, venture capital firms and managers of accelerator and incubation programs. The cohort was run by Yapay Zekâ Fabrikası.
Selection and support
İş Bankası Deputy General Manager Sabri Gökmenler said the bank co-designs financial solutions with the startup ecosystem rather than building them alone. For this cohort, the team screened startups through development agencies, TEKMERs and technoparks. It reviewed more than 1,300 startups and held one-on-one interviews with 129. For the 10 selected companies, it made over 400 connections covering investment, commercial partnerships, mentoring and business development.
The selection process aimed to raise the visibility of startups outside Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Mentoring, access to the İş Bankası Entrepreneurship Branches value proposition, and early partnership and investment assessments began at the preliminary interview stage.
The graduates
AI features in most of the 10 companies. Chexta offers cloud-based hotel management software, and Filika.co provides payroll and labor-regulation APIs for HR and ERP systems. Grower is an AI-assisted digital marketing platform, while Homesberg helps short-term rental operators optimize pricing using market and search-visibility data. Out Plane lets AI agents run software from development, without a separate DevOps team. Richify.ai is an AI financial education platform, and SHIM is enterprise AI infrastructure that avoids sharing personal data. SolonGate controls what AI systems can access, Uplico manages hiring and workforce processes with agentic AI, and Vitsupp by Marin offers an AI clinical decision support system for personalized supplement routines in pharmacies and clinics.
Program track record
Workup has received more than 19,000 applications and reached over 3,000 startups. The number of graduates now stands at 198. İş Bankası and its subsidiaries have worked with more than 90 of them, and 95 have raised nearly $100 million from investors and funds. Gökmenler said that as Workup approaches its tenth year, the aim is to reach more startups and widen the program's impact on the ecosystem.
