UK proptech company Supa has raised £21 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered platform for residential block management. The package combines an equity round co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean with a debt facility from a major UK lender. KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners and HEARTFELT also took part.

Supa's model is to acquire established local property management firms, keep their existing identities and bring its AI technology into their daily operations. The platform automates tasks such as scheduling repairs, reconciling service charges, maintaining safety compliance records and coordinating contractors. According to the company, this can cut the time managers spend on administration by up to 90 per cent.

A sector under pressure

The UK property management market faces rising service charges, heavier administrative workloads and higher resident expectations. Software exists and the industry is consolidating, yet technology adoption remains limited and service quality has not always kept pace. Smaller firms, often with fewer than ten employees, struggle most.

Co-founder and CEO Calum Brannan said residents are paying more without seeing better service, while growing portfolios and outdated systems hurt communication and responsiveness. Supa wants to do the opposite: keep the local firms, take the admin off their desks and put managers back inside buildings rather than behind a phone queue.

Growth so far

Since its first two acquisitions in late 2025, Supa reports revenue growth of more than 700 per cent. It now manages roughly 20,000 homes through seven local firms, including Hunters in Sussex, FW Block Management in Hertfordshire and Lamberts in London.

The company plans to keep expanding through acquisitions while developing its AI platform to support operations and improve services across its portfolio.
