Spill Games raises Rs 100 crore Series A led by Elevation Capital
Bengaluru mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised about Rs 100 crore ($10.5 million) in a Series A led by Elevation Capital, valuing it near Rs 400 crore.
Bengaluru-based mobile gaming startup Spill Games has raised around Rs 100 crore (about $10.5 million) in a Series A round led by Elevation Capital. Existing investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital also took part in the round.
Valuation and cap table
The round values Spill Games at roughly Rs 400 crore. That is a 3.5X jump from the Rs 115 crore valuation set in its seed round in April 2026, when the company raised around Rs 27 crore.
Following the latest allotment, the company's co-founders collectively hold a 41.23% stake. According to regulatory filings, Spill Games has allotted compulsorily convertible preference shares to investors as part of the fundraise.
Why it matters
The new round comes only months after the seed funding, which points to strong investor appetite for Indian mobile gaming startups. The sharp rise in valuation over such a short period also shows how quickly the company has progressed since its seed raise.
The founders retaining over 41% after a Series A is relatively substantial, giving them considerable control as the company scales. The company has not detailed in the material available how it plans to use the new capital.
