CyberKord raises €2.7M to automate IT and cybersecurity with AI
Milan-based CyberKord has closed a €2.7 million pre-seed round led by 360 Capital to build an AI platform that resolves IT and security issues with little manual work.

Italian startup CyberKord has raised €2.7 million in a pre-seed round to develop an AI-powered platform that automates IT and cybersecurity operations. The round was led by 360 Capital, with Plus Partners, Addendum Capital and Vento also participating.
The company was founded in Milan in 2026 by Alessandro Maggio, Dragos Tanasa and Cosimo Michelagnoli. Its platform is designed to help companies identify, investigate and resolve IT and security problems with less human intervention.
Closing the gap between detection and resolution
CyberKord targets a familiar bottleneck. Existing security tools can flag potential threats within minutes, but fixing them often takes much longer because of manual processes. As firms add infrastructure, software and AI agents, operational work keeps growing, while faster and more frequent cyberattacks raise the pressure to respond quickly.
The platform combines AI with a Digital Twin of a company's IT infrastructure. It analyses an issue, simulates possible solutions and then applies corrective actions. Workflows can be triggered by security alerts, support tickets or messages on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack. The system identifies the root cause, tests the proposed fix and carries it out using the tools the company already runs.
"Companies add infrastructure, software and AI agents every week, and operational work grows faster than any team," says CEO Alessandro Maggio. He argues that expert time ends up consumed by patches, access requests and incidents, one ticket at a time, and says the company built an AI that does this work from start to finish and shows every step.
Control and next steps
The platform works with both cloud-based and on-premise systems, so companies do not need to replace existing infrastructure. Organisations decide how much autonomy the AI gets, and every action is recorded and open to review. The aim is to free IT and security staff for infrastructure development, strategic projects and decisions that need human judgment.
With the new capital, CyberKord plans to keep developing the product and launch its first pilot projects with large European companies in manufacturing, technology, healthcare and telecommunications. It also intends to grow its team, mainly in technical and commercial roles.
