PZU is expanding its mojePZU service with several new features, the most notable being LaboAI, an artificial intelligence tool that helps customers interpret diagnostic test results. The changes are set out in a new set of terms and conditions that takes effect on 21 November 2026.

How LaboAI works

LaboAI is aimed at PZU Zdrowie customers. To use it, a person can submit test results available in the mojePZU app and, optionally, data from a medical questionnaire. Based on that input, the medical software "Dbam o siebie Smart LAB", which holds the status of a medical device, automatically generates a report. The document is to contain a detailed discussion of the results along with educational and preventive information.

The service is being developed with Proacta, the company that runs the dbamosiebie.pl website. LaboAI is limited in scope: it may be offered within a set number of reports assigned to a given user or to their medical package.

PZU Zdrowie in the app will also let users book occupational medicine examinations. This is another step in the platform's move towards medical services, a direction the insurer had earlier named as a priority.

Retirement accounts, login and emergency help

Customers saving through Individual Retirement Accounts (IKE) and Employee Pension Plans (PPE) run by PZU Życie will see the value of their accounts in mojePZU. They will also get a function that makes it easier to move to the client portals used to manage those investments.

The new terms also cover logging in with login.gov.pl, the government authentication service. In the mobile app, the list of services will grow to include a "Wezwij pomoc" (Call for help) function, which makes it easier to contact the PZU helpline when assistance services are needed.

For users, the update turns mojePZU from an insurance and policy tool into a broader hub for health and retirement savings. How many LaboAI reports each customer receives will depend on their package.
