S3NS adds managed AI services to Premi3ns with Mistral, Google models
S3NS, the Thales and Google Cloud joint venture, has opened managed AI model deployment and inference to all Premi3ns customers after an early-access program.

S3NS has added a layer of managed artificial intelligence services to Premi3ns, its qualified trusted-cloud offering. The company announced on 5 November that all its customers can now use managed capabilities for deploying models and running inference, following an early-access program.
S3NS is a joint venture between Thales and Google Cloud, with the French industrial group holding the majority of control. According to the announcement, the AI services support models from Mistral and from Google.
Why it matters
For organizations that must keep sensitive workloads inside a qualified cloud environment, access to generative AI has often been the missing piece. Managed deployment and inference let them run models without building and operating that infrastructure themselves, while staying within the Premi3ns perimeter.
The pairing of a French model developer and a US hyperscaler's models on the same platform also gives customers a choice of providers rather than a single option.
What comes next
The move follows the early-access phase and turns the AI capabilities into a general offering for the existing customer base. Details on pricing, the full model catalog and further qualification steps were not part of the summary of the announcement.
