Dispatch Network raises Rs 5 crore pre-seed led by Antler India
Pune-based last-mile delivery startup Dispatch Network has raised Rs 5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Antler India to build its logistics AI model.
Pune-based last-mile delivery startup Dispatch Network has raised Rs 5 crore (about 50 million rupees) in a pre-seed funding round led by Antler India, the company said in a press release.
Angel investors also took part in the round. They include Krishi Fagwani, founder of Thrive, as well as Yashin Mahadevia and Parth Modwadhia.
Money goes into a logistics AI model
Dispatch Network plans to use the fresh capital mainly to expand its artificial intelligence team. That team is working on the company's proprietary Large Logistics Spatio-Temporal Model, or LLSTM. According to the company, LLSTM is a foundation AI model designed specifically for intracity logistics and mobility.
The approach reflects a broader push among logistics startups to treat routing, timing and location data as a core technology layer rather than relying only on fleet size. The company has not shared further technical details about how the model works in its announcement.
Growth targets
On the operational side, the startup aims to scale to 50,000 orders per day across five cities. It did not specify in the announcement which cities are on the list or the timeline for reaching that volume.
For merchants and delivery platforms in India, where intracity delivery demand continues to grow, the round signals continued investor interest in infrastructure-style players that promise to improve efficiency in the last mile. Whether Dispatch Network can turn its proprietary model into measurable gains in delivery speed and cost will be the key test as it expands beyond its home base of Pune.
