Techtaka to Run Naver N Delivery Returns and Fashion Centers
Techtaka, operator of the AI logistics platform ARGO, has signed a deal to run Naver's integrated returns center and fashion fulfillment center for N Delivery.

Techtaka, the Korean startup behind the AI-based global logistics platform ARGO, has signed a contract with Naver to operate the integrated returns center and the fashion specialty center for N Delivery (N배송). According to the company, it was chosen as the final operator of these key logistics hubs for its standardized returns processing and its ability to handle complex fashion logistics.
One place for every return
Under the deal, the returns center will handle all returns from N Delivery FBN (Fulfillment by NAVER), Naver's direct-contract fulfillment service. The process runs from detailed inspection and grading of collected items through restocking, inventory system updates and resale. Returns were previously scattered across courier companies and individual sellers. Consolidating them has cut the time needed to turn returned goods into sellable stock, the company says, and it eases the customer-service burden on sellers. Shoppers no longer need to enter return addresses or choose a pickup method, and they get faster refunds.
Fashion built for peaks and returns
The Naver fashion specialty center is the dedicated fulfillment hub for the fashion category. It uses a system tuned for managing goods by size and color and for seasonal inbound and outbound swings, and it supports dawn delivery guaranteed to arrive before 7 a.m. Techtaka also plans to combine accumulated return-reason and inspection data with its own AI demand forecasting to improve inventory management. Linked closely with the returns center, the setup aims to maximize inventory turnover for fashion items, which have high return rates.
CEO Yang Su-young described Naver as Techtaka's first investor at founding and a key partner in building ARGO's guaranteed-arrival fulfillment capabilities. He said the company aims to raise trust across Naver's commerce logistics, offering sellers efficient infrastructure and consumers fast, precise delivery.
Techtaka received seed funding from Naver D2SF in 2020 and has raised strategic investment from Naver three times in total, most recently in July 2025. It joined the Naver Fulfillment Alliance in 2022 and currently runs N Delivery's 365-day guaranteed arrival service. It has recently signed partnerships with Toss Shopping, G Market and Cafe24, expanding its multi-channel logistics network.
