Rocket ID: Rocketjobs.pl Verifies Job Seekers via mObywatel

Rocketjobs.pl is turning its Rocket App into Rocket ID, a professional identity verified through Poland's mObywatel app, with an AI agent that supports candidates.

Polish job board rocketjobs.pl is turning its mobile Rocket App into Rocket ID, a professional digital identity that candidates confirm through the government's mObywatel app. The company says it is the first such solution in Poland and plans to bring it to Europe soon.

The move responds to a hiring market reshaped by AI. Recruiters now receive hundreds of near-identical CVs and cover letters written by AI for a single posting, each "perfectly tailored". Fabricated identities and stand-ins during remote interviews add to the problem, and it is increasingly hard to be sure a real person is on the other side of the process.

Verify once, build a profile for life

A candidate confirms their identity once through mObywatel and then builds their professional profile throughout their career. Beyond experience, education and skills, it covers ambitions, motivations, work style, financial expectations and what the person does not want in a future job.

"A CV says where you worked, and Rocket ID shows who you are on the job market," said Piotr Nowosielski, CEO of rocketjobs.pl and justjoin.it.

An agent that works in the background

The second pillar is an agent that learns the user's experience, skills, goals and expectations. Unlike data on a LinkedIn profile, this information is not publicly visible. The agent uses it to monitor the market and suggest best-matching offers, even when the user is not actively searching.

When a candidate decides to move, Rocket ID helps pick a posting, tailor the CV to the role and prepare for the interview. It also gathers recruiter messages, offers and process stages in one place instead of across several inboxes and messengers.

From app to market infrastructure

The rename is not just rebranding, according to the company. The goal is to move from a job-search app to a system that quickly connects employers with candidates who truly fit their needs. Rocket ID already has more than 80,000 users.

Nowosielski says the company is building infrastructure rather than another job-listing app, first for Poland and then for Europe, with ambitions that go beyond recruitment.
