PowerUp Money raises $10 million led by Flourish Ventures

Wealthtech startup PowerUp Money has secured $10 million in a round led by Flourish Ventures, with its existing backers also participating.

Indian wealthtech platform PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a new funding round led by Flourish Ventures. Existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC also took part.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to build AI-led wealth management solutions and to expand its advisory offerings.

Follow-on to a December Series A

The round comes after PowerUp Money raised $12 million in a Series A in December 2025, led by Peak XV and others. The startup was founded in 2025 by Prateek Jindal, which makes the pace of its fundraising notable for a company of this age.

Subscription product passes 1 lakh members

PowerUp Elite, the company's mutual fund advisory subscription, has crossed 1 lakh (100,000) paid members within a year of its launch. That traction is the main commercial proof point behind the new investment.

For retail investors in India, the focus on AI-driven tools and paid advisory suggests a push toward more personalised guidance on mutual fund investing. How the AI features are rolled out, and how the advisory offerings expand, will be the next things to watch as the company deploys the money.
