Polsat Plus Signs Strategic Partnership With Vodafone, Eyes AI
Polsat Plus Group and Vodafone Group have signed a strategic partnership giving Polkomtel, the operator of the Plus network, access to Vodafone's expertise, with AI-driven customer service a priority.

Grupa Polsat Plus and Vodafone Group have signed a strategic partnership agreement. The deal gives Polkomtel, the operator of the Plus network in Poland, access to international experience, expert knowledge and proven solutions used in other markets.
The signing ceremony took place at the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Warsaw, with deputy ambassador Jennifer Tyldesley attending.
Vodafone Partners, AI and business services
The cooperation will run under Vodafone Partners, an initiative through which the British group shares know-how with local operators in different countries. The exchange covers areas such as network design, operational efficiency and customer service. Vodafone Partners currently works with partners in more than 40 countries.
Polkomtel plans to use the new opportunities first in two areas. The first is customer service, where the operator wants to develop artificial intelligence solutions and automate processes. The second is the business services market, where the aim is to find new revenue streams. According to Polsat Plus, the goal is further growth and better efficiency, as well as higher service quality and growing B2B revenue.
Vodafone, for its part, stressed that Poland is an important and dynamic telecom market. It said combining Polkomtel's strong local position with Vodafone's scale and capabilities offers a chance to share knowledge that can drive innovation and improve services for customers across the country.
What the deal does not include
The agreement covers commercial cooperation only. It provides for no capital investment and no acquisition of shares in Polkomtel by Vodafone, so the operator of Plus remains part of Grupa Polsat Plus.
Subscribers should not expect immediate changes to the network or the tariff offer. The effects will depend on which solutions Polkomtel actually implements and how it uses the experience of its British partner.
