Nealle Raises ¥6 Billion for Park Direct and Mobility OS Push
Japanese startup Nealle, operator of the Park Direct parking platform, has closed a ¥6 billion Series C led by Insight Partners and launched three new services.

Nealle, the Japanese company behind the online monthly-parking service Park Direct, announced on November 5 that it has raised a total of ¥6 billion in a Series C round. The funding combines a third-party share allotment with a secondary sale of shares by existing investors.
Insight Partners led the round. Yucho Asset Management, which led the Series B through its subsidiary's JPS Growth Investment No. 2 fund, also invested again. Existing shareholders including major backer Keyrock Capital Management sold part of their holdings, and Keyrock will remain the largest external shareholder. Nealle plans to use the money to expand its core business, develop new services under a "Mobility OS" vision and move into adjacent areas such as property management.
Three new services
Park Direct handles the full parking workflow online, from recruiting tenants and signing contracts to collecting monthly fees, including rent guarantees, and managing customers. The company also runs Park Direct for Business (PD Biz) for corporate and commuter vehicles, and One-Day Park, which lets people book vacant monthly spaces by the day. One-Day Park reached all 47 prefectures within a year of launch, and ARR for the whole business has grown more than 40-fold over the past four years.
Alongside the funding, Nealle is launching three services. "Sukima Gashi" lets monthly contract holders rent out the days and times they do not use their space through One-Day Park. Holders set the slots in their Park Direct account, and revenue is paid out minus a fee. It will be offered as an add-on through property managers already using Park Direct.
"PD Trunk Room" handles recruiting, online contracts, payment, renewals, cancellations and daily inquiries for trunk rooms and container storage. "Park Direct for Bicycle" brings contracts and management of bicycle parking at apartment buildings online, managed in the same system as car parking.
Why it matters
According to the company, many of Japan's social problems, from a lack of parking for home-visit nursing care and roadside parking by logistics vehicles to a shortage of EV charging infrastructure, are closely tied to parking that is missing or underused. Nealle says its direct relationship with drivers through monthly contracts positions it to evolve into infrastructure that addresses these issues.
