Gökçe Avukatlık Ortaklığı, a Turkish law firm advising technology companies, has been certified at the "AI-Integrated" level under the Raydorf AI Maturity Standard Version 1.0. According to the firm, it is the first law firm in the Turkish legal market certified at this level.

Raydorf's public registry shows the certificate was issued on 1 May 2026 and is valid until 30 April 2027, subject to annual recertification. Gökçe reached the AI-Integrated level in all seven dimensions assessed.

AI built into the workflow, with lawyers in charge

Founded in 2010, the firm advises on technology and IT law, data protection, cybersecurity, e-commerce, fintech and digital platforms. It says it has redesigned regulatory monitoring, legal research, document review, drafting and knowledge management around AI support, rather than simply adopting individual tools.

These workflows run alongside source and fact verification, file-level confidentiality, access controls and lawyer oversight. AI supports research, monitoring, classification and first drafts, while legal assessment, quality control and final decisions remain with lawyers. Outgoing work also goes through an independent quality check.

Managing Partner Görkem Gökçe said speed is not the main issue: what matters is the responsibility limits, verification mechanisms and data security principles under which the technology is used. The firm applies a documented, auditable governance structure that puts client confidentiality first, he said, with the aim of spotting regulatory changes earlier and freeing lawyers' time for assessments that affect client decisions.

From legal change to business action

The firm's AI-assisted regulatory monitoring tracks the Official Gazette and the decisions and announcements of regulators daily. Relevant developments are reviewed by affected sector and client group, then turned into bulletins and analyses covering commercial impact, implementation timelines and required actions.

Gökçe says this experience feeds directly into services for clients, including AI governance, EU AI Act preparation, internal AI policies, vendor and product reviews, data protection and cybersecurity work.

The certificate's scope, level, validity date and the seven assessed dimensions are published in Raydorf's public registry, which allows independent verification.
