Genspark has started offering TeamBrain, a knowledge platform that uses AI to automatically organize documents, emails and meeting minutes scattered across a company so that AI agents can draw on a common source. It is available to customers on the Enterprise plan. Alongside the launch, the company announced a strategic partnership with KDDI Biz Edge to bring AI to mid-sized and small businesses in Japan.

How TeamBrain works

In July, Genspark unveiled AI Workspace 6.0, built on SecondBrain for personal memory, AgentBase for structured corporate data and GenTeam for collaboration between people and agents. The company argues that boosting individual productivity alone does not lift an entire organization, because know-how remains spread across people and systems.

Once email, chat, meeting minutes and SaaS tools are connected, TeamBrain reads, classifies and structures the content in the background. Users do not need to set up detailed tags or classification rules, and new information from daily work is absorbed continuously. Agents can then use the knowledge to draft documents and manuals, check consistency with business rules or run simulations ahead of audits. If documents contradict each other, the AI flags the mismatch and asks a person to decide.

Genspark says enterprise AI projects sometimes spend six months to a year preparing data. Its approach is to let AI do the organizing while work continues, with a small group of staff managing shared information.

An admin console sets fine-grained access rights for users and agents, including limits on specific data, folders and AI models. It can work with a company's authentication and access policies, and business data is kept in the cloud rather than on devices such as smartphones. Companies remain responsible for the scope and content of what is shared.

Mobile Work AI with KDDI Biz Edge

KDDI Biz Edge will support sales, deployment and adoption of Genspark among mid-sized and small companies nationwide. The shared concept, Mobile Work AI, aims to let workers instruct AI agents by voice or chat from a smartphone to produce daily reports, quotes and other documents, through the Genspark mobile app or tools such as LINE WORKS, Slack, Google Chat and Microsoft Teams.

KDDI Biz Edge president Takayuki Ochiai said labor shortages are worsening while AI specialists are scarce, and the company plans to help customers until the tools are actually used on site. The effort starts in January 2027, with industry-specific solutions planned for sectors including construction, real estate, retail, nursing care and logistics.
