FinBursa Launches FinBursa 360, an AI-Native Private Markets Platform
FinBursa has launched FinBursa 360, a single system that combines CRM, deal management, data rooms and fundraising with five AI agents for private markets firms.

FinBursa has launched FinBursa 360, an AI-powered platform that brings investment management, deal execution, fundraising and investor relations into one system for private markets firms.
The company, founded in 2024, targets private equity, venture capital, private credit and other investment firms. FinBursa 360 combines an investment CRM, deal management from origination to execution, virtual data rooms, fundraising campaign management, investor onboarding and reporting, plus portals for investors and counterparties. Both the sell side and the buy side use the same system of record.
Five agents and an orchestrator
The AI layer consists of five specialised agents covering relationships, deals, due diligence and execution, data rooms, and fundraising and research. An orchestrator coordinates them across the firm's record, drawing on emails and meetings, deal histories, data room activity, documents, notes and relevant news. It answers questions with source-backed insights and ranks daily priorities for the team.
Firms can ask the agents to find investors or buyers suited to a deal. Using past deals, data room activity and CRM history, the agents suggest matches and draft outreach. According to the company, nothing is sent without human approval.
One system instead of five or six
Co-founder and CEO Ismail Badereldine, a former BlackRock director with more than two decades in financial markets and investment technology, argues that many firms have spent heavily on AI without results because their data sits in five or six separate systems. Adding an AI layer across them is expensive and slow, he says, and requires consistent permissions and constant maintenance. FinBursa's approach is a single system where the orchestrator works within one set of permissions and one audit trail.
The platform can be configured to each firm's workflows and branding, so clients can operate under their own name. FinBursa says firms can go live in days rather than months. The company is ISO 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 Type 1 attested.
The launch targets a market where firms face more investors, more deals and heavier data and compliance demands, and where integrated tooling could become a competitive factor.
