Ajman Chamber is launching the Thara Investment and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem at the inaugural Thara Connect Forum, scheduled for Thursday, 29 October 2026, at the Thara Entrepreneurship Centre in Ajman.

The initiative is meant to create an integrated environment that supports entrepreneurs and startups at different stages of growth. It also aims to ease investment opportunities and partnerships between emerging businesses and investors.

Who is attending

The forum is being held under the patronage of Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, is expected to attend. Investors, business leaders, entrepreneurs and industry experts from the UAE and abroad are due to take part.

The programme includes panel discussions, specialised networking sessions and a startup exhibition. The exhibition will show innovative solutions and let founders meet investors and business leaders directly.

Official positioning

Eng. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of Ajman Chamber, said the launch reflects the UAE leadership's vision of a diversified, competitive economy in which entrepreneurs and startups help drive growth.

Maryam Khalifa Al Nuaimi, Chairperson of the Thara ecosystem, described Thara as a significant step in Ajman's approach to the new economy, built around an environment that supports entrepreneurs through each phase of business growth.

What to watch

The event is also expected to reveal further details of the ecosystem, including its components, initiatives and the ways it will support investment and entrepreneurship. Those details will show how concrete the offer is for founders and investors, and how far it can strengthen Ajman's appeal as a destination for innovative businesses and emerging ventures.
