Workup Program Graduates 10 Startups in 14th Cohort in Turkey
Turkey's Workup Entrepreneurship Program, backed by İş Bankası, closed its 14th cohort with an online Demo Day and 10 graduating tech startups, many AI-focused.

The 14th cohort of the Workup Entrepreneurship Program, supported by Türkiye İş Bankası since 2017, has ended with an online Demo Day. Ten technology startups graduated from the programme, which is run by Yapay Zekâ Fabrikası.
At the event, attended by business leaders, venture capital firms and representatives of accelerators and incubators, the founders presented their products, the progress they made during the programme and their goals for the coming period.
How the cohort was selected
For this cohort, more than 1,300 startups were reviewed through development agencies, TEKMERs and technoparks across Turkey, and 129 of them were interviewed one-on-one. The 10 selected companies were connected with investors, commercial partners and mentors through more than 400 contacts. The selection also aimed to raise the visibility of startups outside Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
İş Bankası Deputy General Manager Sabri Gökmenler said the bank designs financial solutions together with the startup ecosystem rather than only in-house, and that it focuses on partnerships and scalable business models for growth in global markets.
According to the programme's figures, Workup has received more than 19,000 applications and reached over 3,000 startups. The number of graduates has risen to 198. İş Bankası and its subsidiaries work with more than 90 of them, and 95 have raised close to $100 million in total from investors and funds.
The 10 graduates
AI features heavily. Chexta offers cloud-based hotel management software, and Filika.co provides payroll and labour-regulation APIs for HR and ERP systems. Grower combines SEO, social media and advertising data in one AI-powered dashboard, while Homesberg gives short-term rental operators search-visibility data to optimise pricing.
Out Plane is building a cloud platform where AI agents deploy and run software without a dedicated DevOps team. Richify.ai is an AI financial education platform. SHIM and SolonGate target enterprise AI: the former lets companies use AI models without sharing sensitive data, the latter controls in real time what AI systems can access and do. Uplico aims to automate recruitment and workforce management with agentic AI, and Vitsupp by Marin uses an AI clinical decision-support system in pharmacies and clinics to build personalised supplement routines.
