Two Point O Capital raises $10 million led by Transition VC

Two Point O Capital (TW.O), an AI-powered clean energy deployment platform for commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital.

Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also took part in the round, according to the company.

What the money is for

The company said in a press release that the proceeds will go toward expanding into battery energy storage systems (BESS). It will also strengthen its presence in solar energy, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment.

TW.O targets C&I customers, a segment where companies look to cut power costs and meet sustainability goals. Adding storage to its offering would let it serve a wider set of energy needs beyond generation and efficiency.

Background

The startup was founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan and Shash, as listed in the announcement. It positions itself as a platform that uses AI to deploy clean energy projects for business clients.

The round signals continued investor interest in climate-focused startups serving commercial users, particularly in storage, which is becoming a key part of corporate energy strategies.
