Estonian startup Roleo has raised €2.9 million to take its personal AI career agent across Europe and help tech professionals find jobs without endless searching.
Estonian startup Roleo has raised €2.9 million to expand its personal AI career agent across Europe. The product is designed to help tech professionals discover career opportunities without the hassle of searching and applying.
The round was led by the Baltic venture capital firm Practica Capital, with participation from the Nordic investor Inventure. According to the announcement, the company has now secured €3.46 million in total funding.
What Roleo does
Roleo positions itself as an AI agent that works on behalf of the individual job seeker. Instead of requiring candidates to trawl through listings and send application after application, the service aims to surface relevant roles and take on part of the legwork involved in the process.
The focus is on tech professionals, a group that often has plenty of options but limited time to evaluate them.
Why it matters
Job searching remains a time-consuming process, and a growing number of startups are applying AI to it. Roleo's approach puts the agent on the candidate's side, rather than serving recruiters alone, which sets it apart from many traditional hiring platforms.
The new capital will fund the company's expansion across European markets. Further details on specific countries, timelines and product features were not part of the announcement material available.
