Tenet and Li Auto owners most often call their car a dream car
A survey by the agency Autostat finds Tenet and Li Auto owners most likely to say they drive their dream car, each with 62.7%. Chinese brands dominate the ranking.

Owners of Tenet and Li Auto are more likely than any other drivers in Russia to say they own their dream car, according to a study by the agency Autostat. Both brands scored 62.7% positive answers. Omoda took third place with 59.1%.
Participants were asked a single question: "Can you say that you own the car of your dreams?" The ranking counts the share of owners who answered yes.
Chinese brands dominate
Chinese manufacturers took eight of the ten places in the ranking. Only two other names made the list: Tenet and Moskvich, the Russian brands that appear among the leaders.
The high marks from owners of Chinese cars coincide with growing interest in brands from China on the used market. From January to September 2026, 264,000 passenger cars of Chinese brands changed hands in Russia, 37% more than in the same period a year earlier.
Chery leads the used market
Chery was the most sought-after Chinese brand among used cars. Over nine months, 51,300 of its vehicles were resold, up 21% year on year. Geely followed with 46,000 cars, a rise of 22%.
The figures suggest that satisfaction among owners and demand on the secondary market are moving in the same direction. Chinese brands are not only gaining new buyers but also holding their appeal when cars are resold, which matters for anyone weighing a purchase or a later trade-in.
