Techtaka's ARGO to Run Naver N Delivery Returns and Fashion Hub

Techtaka's AI logistics platform ARGO has signed a contract with Naver to operate an integrated returns center and a fashion-specialist center for N Delivery. ARGO will handle all returned goods for N Delivery FBN (Fulfillment by NAVER) and run a fulfillment site dedicated to fashion products.

One place for every return

The returns center will manage the whole process in a single location: inspection and grading of collected items, restocking, inventory updates and resale. Until now, return procedures differed by courier and by seller. Consolidating them is meant to cut sellers' processing time and make returns and refunds simpler for shoppers.

Fashion and dawn delivery

The fashion center focuses on N Delivery FBN's apparel and accessories, supporting stock management by size and color as well as seasonal inbound and outbound flows. It also offers dawn delivery with guaranteed arrival before 7 a.m. Linked to the returns center, it aims to speed up inventory turnover for fashion goods, which tend to have high return rates.

Returns and fashion logistics demand precision, according to the company: each item needs individual inspection based on condition and return reason, product ranges are wide, and volumes swing by season. Techtaka said it was chosen for its standardized returns process and fashion logistics experience.

What comes next

Techtaka plans to apply AI-based demand forecasting to return-reason and inspection data to improve inventory efficiency and processing quality. It also intends to expand its capacity and service scope in stages as N Delivery FBN grows.

CEO Yang Su-young called Naver the company's first investor and a core partner in building ARGO's guaranteed-arrival fulfillment. Techtaka received seed funding from Naver D2SF in 2020 and has taken investment from Naver three times through July. It joined the Naver Fulfillment Alliance in 2022 and currently supports N Delivery's 365-day guaranteed delivery. It has also signed guaranteed-delivery partnerships with Toss Shopping, G-Market and Cafe24.
