T-Technologies Plans Offer to Buy Up to 100% of Cian Shares
T-Technologies plans a voluntary offer for up to 100% of Cian at 993.05 rubles per share, a 29.3% premium to the 5 November close. Closing is targeted for Q1 2027.

T-Technologies has announced plans to become a shareholder of the real estate platform Cian and intends to offer to buy up to 100% of its shares. The price is 993.05 rubles per share, a 29.3% premium to the market quotes at the close of main trading on 5 November 2026.
The group says it will address Cian's shareholders with a proposal to sell their stakes. The deal is planned to close in the first quarter of 2027, after all necessary procedures and approvals. The voluntary offer has been sent to the Central Bank, and after the regulator reviews it, it will be forwarded to Cian. It provides for buying at least 50% of the company's shares. Shareholders will receive the offer once Cian's board of directors adopts the necessary recommendations.
Market reaction and Cian's position
Cian's shares jumped on the news. At 11:41 Moscow time they traded at 948.2 rubles, up 23.09%, still below the offer price.
Cian stated that the initiative is one of the possible mechanisms for acquiring a company and does not in itself mean a deal has been struck. According to the company, no official offer has been received. Its board and shareholders will consider it within the set deadlines immediately after formal receipt.
Plans for the platform
T-Technologies president Stanislav Bliznyuk said that if the deal closes, Cian will keep its brand and current management team and continue to operate independently within the group's real estate strategy. The platform will remain open to partnerships.
The group aims to develop, together with Cian, a full-cycle digital platform for property transactions serving buyers, sellers, tenants, banks, developers and realtors. T-Technologies already uses a similar approach in the automotive segment, where it is building an ecosystem around Auto.ru.
For Cian's investors, the offer sets a clear reference price, while the outcome depends on the regulator's review and the board's recommendations.
