Revolut has completed its latest funding round at a valuation of $115 billion, the company announced. The fintech, which serves more than 80 million retail customers, named Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford as the main investors.

According to the company, demand came from both existing backers and new international investors, reflecting strong financial results and steady expansion in global markets.

Banking launches and licences

Since the start of 2026, Revolut has launched a full banking offer in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. It has also obtained banking licences in France, Colombia and Argentina, and received preliminary approval from the US regulator OCC to set up a national bank. In Europe, Revolut Bank now operates in 30 European Economic Area markets.

The financials are strong. In 2025, revenue rose 46% to $6.0 billion (£4.5 billion), while profit before tax jumped 57% to $2.3 billion (£1.7 billion), giving a gross profit margin of 38%.

The 100-million goal

The round brings Revolut closer to its long-term target of serving more than 100 million active customers in over 100 markets.

Co-founder and CEO Nik Storonsky said every newly launched bank gives more people access to better, more modern tools for managing their money, and credited the team. He noted that employee share ownership has been a pillar of the company's culture and that staff were once again given the chance to share in the value they help create.

CFO Victor Stinga said milestones of this scale come from years of consistent work, allowing Revolut to improve its digital banking offer in key markets and reach millions more users beyond Europe. He said investor trust confirms the company's potential to build the first fully global bank.
