OneStack raises Rs 12.5 crore led by Shepherd's Hill
Mumbai-based fintech infrastructure startup OneStack has raised Rs 12.5 crore from Shepherd's Hill, Pentathlon Ventures and AVNM Ventures to expand among cooperative banks and NBFCs.
Fintech infrastructure startup OneStack has raised Rs 12.5 crore in a new funding round. The Mumbai-based company drew in a new investor, Shepherd's Hill, while existing backers Pentathlon Ventures and AVNM Ventures also participated.
The proceeds will go toward expanding OneStack's presence among cooperative banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), alongside product development.
Funding history
The round follows a $2 million Series A raised in March 2025. That round was led by Pentathlon Ventures, with participation from Yatra Angel Network and existing investors 100Unicorns and Venture Catalysts.
With the latest infusion, OneStack has now raised a total of Rs 45 crore across four funding rounds.
Why it matters
Cooperative banks and NBFCs are a focus segment for the company, which builds infrastructure that financial institutions can use to deliver digital services. The fresh capital gives OneStack room to deepen its footprint with these lenders and to broaden its product offering.
The fact that existing investors returned alongside a new backer suggests continued support for the startup's strategy as it pushes further into this part of India's financial sector.
