Nuuk Raises ₹100 Cr From Wipro Consumer Care, RPSG at ₹500 Cr Value
D2C appliance brand Nuuk is raising about ₹100 crore ($10.5 million) in a round led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures, valuing it near ₹500 crore.

Nuuk, the direct-to-consumer home and kitchen appliances brand, is raising around ₹100 crore (about $10.5 million) in a round led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures, according to sources. The deal would value the company at roughly ₹500 crore (about $53 million). The final size and valuation could change as talks progress, the sources said.
Nuuk, Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures did not respond to questions on the matter.
A bigger round than the Series A
The new round would be far larger than Nuuk's $6.6 million Series A, which closed in August 2025 after a $2 million extension from existing investors Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital. Founded in 2023 by Gazal Kalra, cofounder of logistics unicorn Rivigo, and Shalabh Gupta, former chief growth officer at Noise, the company sells design-focused appliances. Its range covers cordless vacuum cleaners, fans, heaters and garment care products, plus air fryers, juicers and mixer grinders.
Nuuk sells through its own website, Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce platform Blinkit, and has begun offline retail, including a store in Delhi NCR.
Growth and losses
MCA filings show operating revenue rose to ₹16 crore in FY25 from ₹31.8 lakh in FY24, the first full year of operations being FY25. Net loss widened to ₹39 lakh from ₹7 lakh, while expenses climbed to ₹16.4 crore from ₹38.8 lakh. In March 2025, Gupta said around 20% of products were made in India, with a goal of over 50% by the end of FY26. The company designs appliances in-house and uses third-party manufacturers.
Investor appetite for appliance brands
The round follows other deals in the segment. Beyond Appliances raised ₹110 crore in a Series B led by Fireside Ventures in October, to build a factory and move into ovens. Nester raised ₹19 crore in a pre-Series A in February 2026, and upliance.ai is reportedly in advanced talks for a $3-4 million Series A. Together they point to investor interest in brands with differentiated products and the manufacturing and distribution networks to scale. Nuuk competes with Philips and Bajaj, as well as newer players such as Atomberg and Lifelong.
