Numour in Talks to Raise $3.1 Mn From Sharrp Ventures
Delhi NCR skincare brand Numour is reportedly negotiating a round of about $3.1 million (₹30 crore) led by Sharrp Ventures, the Mariwala family's investment office.

Delhi NCR-based D2C skincare brand Numour is in talks to raise nearly $3.1 million (about ₹30 crore) in a round led by Sharrp Ventures, according to sources familiar with the matter. Neither Numour nor Sharrp Ventures responded to questions about the talks.
The brand is currently backed by Indian Silicon Valley Capital. If the deal closes, it would add to the beauty and personal care portfolio of Sharrp Ventures, the investment office of the Harsh Mariwala family. In July, Sharrp led a ₹100 crore round in contract manufacturer Naturis Cosmetics. Its investments also span consumer technology, health and wellness, food and beverages, and lifestyle.
A skincare brand with a device angle
Founded in 2025 by Divya Jain, Numour operates through Nuvanza Venture. It combines skincare formulations with beauty devices. Its range includes sunscreens, dual-phase serums, collagen-based products, LED-equipped jars, sonic massagers and facial devices, some using red or blue LEDs.
Numour says its product development rests on three areas: active ingredients, skin barrier care and delivery technology. It claims its formulations pair clinically validated ingredients with delivery systems meant to carry actives beyond the skin's surface barrier.
The brand sells on its own website and on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart and Myntra. It is also available on quick commerce platform Blinkit and in Broadway stores offline.
Investor appetite for skincare
The talks come as investors continue to back skincare startups. In May, CHOSEN raised $5 million in a Series A round led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from L'Oreal's venture arm BOLD and Alkemi Growth Capital. The money is meant for R&D, a wider product pipeline and a larger team and centre of excellence.
The broader backdrop is India's D2C market, projected to grow from $65 billion in 2026 to $310 billion by 2031, a compound annual growth rate of around 37%. The terms of the Numour round have not been confirmed, and the figures could change before any deal is finalised.
