InPost Adds Permanent Parcel Redirection to Its App From Nov 10
From 10 November 2026, InPost customers can permanently redirect all courier parcels to a chosen Paczkomat or PaczkoPunkt, free of charge, via the InPost Mobile app.

InPost will introduce an updated service policy on 10 November 2026. For customers, the key change is an expansion of the Dynamic Parcel Redirection service, which gains a new option: Permanent Parcel Redirection.
From one-off to permanent
At present, when a parcel is sent by InPost courier, the recipient can redirect it to a chosen Paczkomat parcel locker if they are not at home. The catch is that this has to be done separately for every shipment.
From 10 November, customers will be able to switch redirection on permanently and name a preferred pickup point. All parcels that a courier would otherwise deliver to the door will then go to the selected Paczkomat or PaczkoPunkt. The setting can be turned off and on again at any time, at no cost.
Limits to know about
The service comes with conditions. The chosen point must be no more than 10 km from the original delivery address and must fall within the same area, meaning it is served by the same company branch. The parcel must also be small enough to fit into a Paczkomat.
Shipments sent under SmartCourier and Paleta Standard are excluded. Redirection may also be unavailable if the sender has disabled the option, or for legal, technical and operational reasons.
Where to find it
The Permanent Parcel Redirection feature will be available in the InPost Mobile app. For people who are rarely home during courier hours, it could remove the need to reroute each delivery by hand, though the distance and size limits mean it will not suit every address or every parcel.
