immedio Hosts AI Growth Camp 2026 With Fujitsu, LayerX, Sansan
AI inside-sales startup immedio will hold its first standalone conference on November 12 in Tokyo, with leaders from Fujitsu, LayerX and Sansan on AI in sales.

immedio, the company behind the AI inside-sales product of the same name, will hold its first standalone conference, AI Growth Camp 2026, on Thursday, November 12 in Kita-Aoyama, Tokyo. Sales and marketing leaders from Fujitsu, LayerX and Sansan will speak on using AI to generate sales opportunities.
All 100 in-person seats are already taken. The talks will be streamed online for about a week starting Wednesday, November 18, and free viewing registration is open. Applications are screened, so freelancers, students and employees of competing companies may not be admitted.
Results, not just methods
immedio CEO Hideki Hamada argues that discussion of AI in sales mostly covers what was made more efficient, and rarely how it translated into orders and business growth. In his view, organizations that get results have also reworked the division of labor between people and AI, and the metrics they chase.
The keynote comes from Keiji Tomohiro, who leads Fujitsu's digital sales organization. Launched in 2020 with three people, it has grown to about 130 by building an AI-assisted process from lead discovery to meetings. Deals that ended in orders reached 82.4 times the fiscal 2021 level in fiscal 2025. A conversation with Hamada will probe where to draw the line between work for AI and work where people add value.
A panel with inside-sales heads from LayerX and Tech Touch will cover the same question from the front line, including areas that could not be fully handed over and operations that were dropped. Hamada's own talk contrasts Japanese executives' concern over AI costs piling on top of labor costs with US teams where dedicated GTM engineers rebuild go-to-market processes with AI agents. He will also unveil a new immedio service.
A marketing panel features Sansan's Bill One business unit, which works on automating ROI measurement and says it raised nurturing-email results 2.5-fold, and the head of NOTA (formerly NOT A HOTEL), which runs marketing and sales on a shared data and AI platform. Shoichi Nakagawa, former CMO of Timee and head of CMO1, will also speak.
The event runs from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at AOYAMA GRAND HALL, with a networking session for attendees from 6 p.m.
