Qiroko raises Rs 1.5 crore pre-seed round led by ISV Capital
Bengaluru fashion accessories brand Qiroko has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by ISV Capital, with angels joining, to expand into watches and bags.
Qiroko, a Bengaluru-based fashion accessories brand, has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by ISV Capital. Angel investors also took part in the round.
The startup plans to use the money for new product development and to move into new categories, including watches and bags. It also wants to widen distribution across its direct-to-consumer (D2C) website, online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Team and brand building
Beyond products and distribution, Qiroko intends to strengthen its team and build in-house brand and content capabilities. That points to a push for more control over how the brand presents itself to shoppers.
Qiroko was founded in 2025 by Shivam Vasisht and Ashwin Krithik. It sells everyday fashion accessories and focuses on affordable pricing.
Why it matters
The round is small by venture standards, but it shows continued investor interest in young D2C labels that sell through several channels at once. Selling on its own site, on marketplaces and on quick commerce platforms gives a new brand multiple routes to reach customers.
Moving into watches and bags would broaden Qiroko beyond its current accessories range. The company has not shared timelines for the new launches.
