Pine Labs Q2 FY27: Revenue Tops Rs 800 Crore, Profit Up 6.5x
Pine Labs reported a 24% rise in operating revenue to Rs 806 crore for Q2 FY27, while net profit grew 6.5 times to Rs 39 crore.
Fintech company Pine Labs has reported a 24% year-on-year increase in operating revenue for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 (Q2 FY27), crossing the Rs 800 crore mark. Net profit rose 6.5 times to Rs 39 crore.
The numbers
According to financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), revenue from operations reached Rs 806 crore in Q2 FY27, up from Rs 650 crore in the same quarter a year earlier.
The company's digital infrastructure and transaction platform remained its largest revenue contributor, according to the results.
Why it matters
The jump in profit alongside double-digit revenue growth points to improving profitability at one of India's best-known payments and merchant-technology firms. A 6.5-fold rise in net profit, from a low base, shows how quickly earnings can move once scale builds.
For investors and the wider fintech sector, the results offer a fresh data point on whether Indian payments companies can pair growth with profit. Pine Labs' reliance on its transaction platform also shows where its income is concentrated.
The company's next quarterly filing will show whether it can sustain this pace of growth and profitability.
