HYPE Plans European Dealer Network and Ultra-Premium Camper

Polish family firm HYPE is building a new production hall and preparing a European dealer network. An ultra-premium integrated camper is due to enter production in Q2 2027.

HYPE, a family-owned camper manufacturer from Rumunki Skępskie in Poland, is preparing to expand abroad and build a European dealer network. According to company president Anna Kawczyńska, production of a new ultra-premium integrated camper is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2027, with first orders expected in autumn 2027.

Where the money goes

The company has split the proceeds of its share issue into three parts. The largest, PLN 800,000, will fund the construction and equipping of a new production hall that is already nearly finished. Another PLN 600,000 is earmarked for launching the ultra-premium integrated model, and PLN 700,000 will go to working capital. Kawczyńska says the investment should let HYPE run more projects in parallel and shorten waiting times for finished vehicles.

The plant in Rumunki Skępskie also houses the service centre and a showroom of campers for sale. Scandinavia is of particular interest as a foreign market, though not the only one, the company says.

Personalisation as the edge

HYPE's main selling point is customisation. It designs and builds living quarters on Mercedes-Benz chassis, and also converts vehicles supplied by customers. Buyers can choose the interior layout, finishing materials and equipment, add full-grain leather trim, enlarge luggage space or order bespoke solutions. Production, service and financing through credit or leasing, arranged with partner finance firms, are available in one place.

The current range includes campervans (Camper Van 700 CVM and Camper Van Moto) and semi-integrated models such as the 720 PM, 760 MP and a 4×4 version. The integrated model is meant to move the brand into a higher segment: the cab and living area form a single body, which the company says brings more space, better insulation and more coherent design, along with its most advanced system for managing onboard devices.

Kawczyńska says premium camper buyers are often wealthy people and business owners, the same group that invests on the stock market, so going public is also a way to reach new customers. The company also plans to expand servicing of campers and trailers and to sell more accessories and spare parts.
