Founders Connect Warsaw: Building Domain Advantage in the AI Era
The free Founders Connect event returns to Warsaw on 4 November, focusing on vertical AI and how startups can defend their position when technology is easy to copy.

The next edition of Founders Connect, a free event for current, former and aspiring startup founders, takes place on 4 November in Warsaw. This round centres on a question many young companies now face: how to stand out when technology can be copied within a single sprint.
The theme is "Vertical x AI: how to build and use domain advantage". Speakers include Adam Janczewski, CEO and founder of Jutro Medical, and Lech Kaniuk, CEO and founder of Kepta, who previously co-created PizzaPortal.pl and SunRoof and was an investor and CEO at iTaxi. Kamil Sabatowski, a venture builder, Head of Growth at Selmo and author of the "Silnik Zdrowia" podcast, will also take the stage.
Panel: what if Anthropic does it?
The programme includes a discussion titled "What if Anthropic does it? How to build an advantage when technology can be copied in one sprint." Taking part are Karol Górnowicz of Agentica (formerly Skriware), Łukasz Jeziorski of Plum Research and Hubert Ziomek of Pupilmed. The panel addresses the fear that large AI labs could absorb a startup's product with a single release.
