Termit Raises Seed Round for AI Commerce Content Agent Creage

Korean startup Termit has raised an undisclosed seed round from Mashup Ventures for Creage, an AI agent that produces product pages, banners and short videos in three minutes.

Termit, a Korean AI commerce-tech startup, has raised a seed round from Mashup Ventures, the company said on November 4. The amount was not disclosed.

Termit operates Creage, a marketing content agent that analyzes a product's features and generates the material online sellers need: detail pages, thumbnails, banners and short-form videos. The company says the whole set takes about three minutes. Creage is built on an AI multi-agent management technology for which, according to the company, Termit filed the first patent application in Korea, enabling more precise AI editing.

Text that machines can read

The main differentiator is the output format. Creage produces detail pages as code (HTML) with the text preserved, rather than as flat images, as many existing AI design services do. Search engines and AI systems can therefore read the copy directly, which helps with search visibility and with the emerging environment of AI shopping agents. The model was also trained on more than 50,000 commerce content samples with verified sales performance, so that it generates content geared toward purchases.

CEO Kim Ji-sung previously led B2B AI software projects at a medical AI startup and founded a perfume brand and an AI multi-agent platform. Running the perfume brand exposed him to the cost and time of producing marketing content, which led him to start Termit.

Traction and plans

Mashup Ventures partner Lee Seung-kook said Termit signed more than 15,000 customers through partnerships and word of mouth within ten months of its official launch and reached monthly profitability. He credited the company for securing seller touchpoints early as commerce shifts toward AI agents that shop, and for a founding team with development, product and sales expertise.

Kim argued that once AI agents find, compare and decide on purchases instead of people, how accurately AI understands a product will determine sales. He said the company will use the funding to build commerce infrastructure that helps sellers' products get chosen by both people and AI agents.
